I don't access another computer

I used the same installer file to install my "team viewer" and my client's "team viewer", but I can't access the client computer.

How can I solve this?

my "team viewer" version is 12.0.81460 and my client's version is 12.0.224043.

Hello @Jucelio,

Please update both instances to the latest version of TeamViewer supported by your operating systems. In order to use previous versions, you need a TeamViewer license.
