Get rid of annoying adverts every time I finish a session

Firstly, I tried to add a support request and it keeps redirecting me to here. Very annoying.

OK, I have the business edition which I paid for.

Every time I finish a remote session I get spammed with adverts I can't get rid of.

Let me know how I can remove this.

    Is it a pop-up message regarding "sponsored session"?

    Honestly, I have no idea about it, therefore, I've confirmed this case internally.

    To begin with, could you try the following method, please?

    1. Re-login with your licensed TeamViewer account.
    2. After a remote session, please check that the “don’t show this message again" button will come up on the pop-up message.
    3. When you confirmed this button, kindly click the button, please.

    1. I logged back in again and tried a computer and after I ended the session the pop-up didn't appear anymore!
    2. I had previously done that.
    3. And that.

    Hopefully that fixed it.
