A few days ago, the remote computers in my list are offline.

The remote computers are offline and i cant connect. I have tried form both sides and can not make a connection either way. I have checked id's and passwords and all seems ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I re-installed TV on one of the other machines and only exited and restarted TV on the last machine. Everything seems to be working properly now.

    Let's clarify a few things to solve your problem. Do you have the latest TeamViewer version installed on both devices?

    Can you see Ready to connect on the bottom left of your TeamViewer application? Check your internet connection, if not.


    Next up, check your TeamViewer settings. Navigate to the Gear icon ⚙ in the upper right corner of TeamViewer. Click Advanced on the left and scroll to Advanced settings for Computers and Contacts. You can find the option Hide online status for this TeamViewer ID.

    Make sure that the checkbox is unchecked. Follow the instruction in the image below for a better understanding 👇🏻

    If that doesn't help, could you please fully uninstall TeamViewer and install it back again?

    I too am dealing with this same issue after the update 7/27/22. I have tried everything listed and still getting the message the remote clients computer is not online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

    i have re-installed TV on one of the computers and it now shows status as available. i will do the same to the other computers when i can get to them and hope that this works.
