Hello

I can't log into my Teamviewer. It worked perfectly before. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The log-in button is grayed out and single sign-on is also not possible.

I am running macos 12.2. But as said it worked fine the first time I installed it but now for some reason refuses to log me in.

Can you firstly ask you to run several troubleshooting checks on TeamViewer and your mac device please

check TeamViewer compatibility on the software version and support operating systems
restart TeamViewer services on your devices
check your internet connection and internet status, and also network ports
