Why does the computer I am signing in to still require a password?

I purchased a team viewer account. However, when I try to sign in to the computer I need access to it still requires a password shown on that computer. The password changes every few days so I am left without access until someone can send me the new password. I thought that once I purchased an account this would stop. What can I do to be allowed access without the temp password? Thanks.

    From your description, it sounds like you are using a random password.

    If you prefer to initiate a TeamViewer remote session without entering passwords, we advise you to use Easy Access settings. This is our recommended method and a secure way to access your remote device.

    Please note that it is required to take some steps on a remote device to set up Easy Access.
