I have received a series of emails confirming my subscription and it is not possible to activate my account, I have about 2 hours trying to access
I enjoyed the remote connection for several hours, when I decided to pay the subscription the license was not activated and now I am blocked

May I ask if you have set up the TeamViewer account and followed the instruction in the activation email? When you have the issue activating the license, did you see any error message?
