How to delete a Servicecamp

Hello, after a 2 Months testing Phase with Servicecamp, we have decided that Servicecamp is not the right Servicedesk System for us. So I would like to delete our Servicecamp, but there is no Option in doing so out of Servicecamp or the TeamViewer Management Console.

How can i delete Our Servicecamp?

I had the same issue, did read the article here, opened a ticket, but no one could help me. how to get rid of service camp - it is still in my ribbon of outlook.
