I ma a Work Pro Remote member. I am being listed as a free meember even though my subscription is on automatic renewal thru 3/24/25. I amb eing kicked off the site after a few minutes. How do I correct Thnaks

Please know that after purchasing the license, your TeamViewer license must be activated with your TeamViewer account, and the licensed TeamViewer account is necessary to submit a support ticket and establish licensed remote connections.
Could you please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, to locate the activation link in the purchase email from TeamViewer?
