Hi, since the outage, I have been unable to remote into our client device. I have tried restarting the device but still cannot connect. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
I am having the same issue too. Is there any assistance? I created a ticket but there is no response yet.

If your devices are still affected by any connection failure, we highly recommend that you to restart TeamViewer services then try again for the remote connection.
