Provide unattended remote support

If so, that guidance is designed for situations where you're currently on the TeamViewer account login page. If you're using the new interface, it should resemble the image shown below, and you can follow steps 1 to 3 in the picture to find "Manage this device" menu. You can also access these settings after logging into your Full Client account by navigating to the Advanced Settings menu (If you'd like us to walk you through the steps in detail, just let us know—we’re happy to help! 😉)

Note💡: You need to have administrative rights to manage your device.

just like to say that the instructions on that article are incorrect.

If you go to general under settings, there is no "manage this device"

Here’s the overall setup for configuring unattended access:

On your local device (the one you’ll use to initiate the connection), install TeamViewer Full Client and create a TeamViewer account.
On your home PC (the remote device), install TeamViewer Full Client or TeamViewer Host, for accepting incoming connections.
