Blizz "not connected" so cannot start or join a meeting

Hi,
Blizz has been great for screen sharing and now Blizz on the Mac doesn't have a meeting ID and Blizz on the iPad says "not connected".
Please advise!

Thank you for your message.
To ensure that Blizz can be used, please make sure that port 5938 has been opened for outgoing connections.
This port is only used by few programs and does not usually pose a security risk.Please also unblock the following URL if you are under a proxy:
