See black screen on remote computer when accessing on Dell XPS 4K laptop

When I run Team Viewer on a 4K laptop, it connects to the remote computer, but I just see a black screen. The "black screen" computer is HD.

If I connect to the same computer (HD) from a different laptop, I can see the screen just fine.

I have tried both versions 13 and 14.

Any ideas?

    After I saw your reply, I tried disabling Duet at startup and restarting, but I still get the same black screen.

    Do you have a fix?  :)

  • I searched for Duet in the forum and saw a post to disable hardware acceleration.  That fixed it.
