Cannot add a Remote Computer

I am having great difficulty attempting to add a new “Remote Computer”
It was previously assigned, but for whatever reason I have lost remote control of it.
I have deleted the computer from my list of “Computers and Contacts”, but whenever
I attempt to add it again the Software states that it is already on my list! ...which is does not appear to be

probably the device is still in other group (My devices is also a group)
Try to collapse this group and search for specific device ID using SEARCH box.
Are you an user for a Corporate TeamViewer license?
