Pilot License Is Active, Still being asked for subscription
Hi,
I've activated the pilot license for my company and assigned to 5 techs. When I check the desktop app (ver 15.1) under Extra\Options\Computer & Contacts it says Pilot subscription Active.
Howerver when I try to connect to an iPhone through augmented Reality. It says I need to add Team Viewer Pilot to my subscription.
Any ideas on how to get this working?

Is your TeamViewer account one of the 5 tech accounts that you mentioned?
Have you tried Pilot as a Trial before you purchased the license?
Can you please send a screenshot of your details under Help --> About TeamViewer? Please make sure that you blurr your TeamViewer ID before you post it - Thanks!

Yes my account is listed as one of the 5 techs.
I have not personally tried Pilot but others have.

our Dev team must look into this case more closely as we cannot see an obvious reason for your problem.
Can you send an email to pilot@teamviewer.com with your account email address, as well as the activation code of your Pilot license?
This way we can try to reproduce your scenario.
