I'm locked out of my old account with 2FA enabled.
I no longer have access to the device set up with 2FA.
Can I delete my old account and start over with the same email address?
Have you tried to open a ticket or make a phone call in the support area?
I have a free account. Wouldn't I need a licensed account to open a ticket or get phone support?
I have also been locked out of my main account for years due to wiping the device that had the 2FA key and losing the backup keys needed when losing access to 2FA. If anyone can help with this, that would be great! Even at the very least, delete my old account so I can use the email for this account.
