Mac remote access issue

Hello there
I am trying to help the user who is home, he has a Mac but the permission on the accessibility is not activated, please any solution we are just using TeamViewer I tried many apps always system ask to give permission to start control process, by the way we can't share admin pass with anyone, and most of them are standard users, so the users they can't come to work to make it with our helpdesk duty guy because of the coronavirus.

note: we are paid subscribers.
