    I do not use TeamViewer and do not approve of withdrawing funds from my Card. What you are doing is illegal. I request the cancellation of the invoice and i want the sum of 118 euros to be refunded. And I definitely don't recommend it to anyone because of this behaviour.

    Why is there no interlocutor

    I do not use TeamViewer and do not approve of withdrawing funds from my Card. What you are doing is illegal. I request the cancellation of the invoice and i want the sum of 118 euros to be refunded. And I definitely don't recommend it to anyone because of this behaviour.

    We are unable to affect or provide direct support in cancellation or licensing issues here in the community, for security purposes. Cancellation requests must be received in written form, which is easiest via the ticket system: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/72027-how-to-submit-a-ticket

    Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, the license does renew unless canceled prior, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/65605-subscription-renewal

    I received an e-mail that a ticket was opened, but I still haven't received a reply for cancellation of subscription, cancellation of invoice, payment to my account back to 118EURO

    WHY IS SO COMPLEX AND DIFFICULT? IT IS VERY EASY WHEN BUYING

    There is epidemic disease all over the world and I am unemployed, this money for 118euro is so important to me. I want to use this money for my health expenses. Why is it so complicated and difficult to cancel an invoice and fee? Isn't this unfair gain?
