Remote access as admin doesn't show the agree popup on user's machine

Hi, I'm working in IT helpdesk of a company who bought several licenses for our group to support end users.

Since a few days, when I enter my windows Admin credentials instead of the user password, the popup what the user must agree to get access doesn't show anymore, why?

As explained in the article below " Instead of sending a confirmation prompt to the remote user, you can also self-authenticate with the username and password of the remote Windows account", Windows Authentication allows you to log in to a remote device using its Windows username and password—without requiring confirmation from the remote end user.
