Use channel
Hi,
our license provides for the availability of 120 channels. In some cases, our users receive the communication related to exceeding this limit and realtive inability to establish a new connection.
With the tools available (API), however, we are not able to qualitatively evaluate this information: via API, even checking the Active connections still do not reach the limit.
Even from the client console, Support -> Info on TeamViewer -> Channel use, we do not see the limit is reached.
I need to understand, if possible for you to share this information, what are the terms used for counting channels occupied at any given time.

Hi Community,
after a good job behind the scene with TeamViewer support, It revealed the following:
- the channel control is certainly effective and exceeding the limits is trusted.
It remains to understand a different presentation of data on actual connections (and their peaks) shown by the Web Management Console compared to those actually taken via API. Same kind of authorization token (one via OAuth to the administrator, the other via the Company type script).
