Advertising popup blocking access to TV

The advertising popup is blocking my access to TV desktop. This has been annoying since it became a thing but now it is grayed out for some reason and I cannot close the popup. Rebooting does not help either. How can I get into my TV desktop and how can Istop these popups?Grayed out popupGrayed out popup

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    Licensed Windows users can disable in-app ads in the advanced settings of the TeamViewer Management Console.  In your profile settings: Your profile --> Edit profile --> uncheck the box Show comment window after each session.
