Black Screen When Connecting To A Box With No Monitor Attached

I'm trying to use team viewer to connect to a machine with no monitor attached. 

When there is a monitor attached it works just fine, but once I disconnect the monitor and restart all I get when I do a remote connection is a black screen. 

Is anyone else having this issue?
