Black screen when connecting to PC with powered off displayport monitor

If I turn off the dp monitor. I use a pc or mac client, Teamviewer shows a black screen.
If I turn on the dp monitor.
Whether I use a pc or a mobile phone client, it is normal
The monitor and computer connected via displayport cable.
But in windows 10 1709,when I turn off the monitor,it is normal.
Black screen only happens in windows 10 1803 version.
I feel like a bug ?
PS:the client is the latest version

I read the article. There was NO solution. I wanted to know how to solve it.
Don't give me a bunch of useless documents. And this is caused by the fact that your software is not perfect, rather than the user's computer problem.
This problem appeared on windows 1803. The previous version of the system is normal. That explains what your software has bug.
