Blank windows on remote system

I have a few programs on my computer that don’t display anything on the remote system. If I go to the source computer the window is fine. I just get a white window at the remote side.

 What would cause this? How can I correct this? This is all I can see of the applications when using TeamViewer.blank window.jpg

    Hello,

    I have the same problem with you. It happen when I lauch Chrome Or Firefox, only black/white window appears. 

    So I try this solution and this problem is fixed..

    1. Go to setting/option of chrome/firefox.

    2. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available in advanced panel.

    3. Restart chome/firefox and it working correctly.
