CAN'T SEE REMOTE SCREEN

I have installed Quick Support in my Android Tv box, and the full installation in my Notebook. When I log in from my Notebook to control the Tv Box,  I could see it as if it were in front of me. A few days ago I can not anymore. It only shows me: Transfer of Files, System, Settings and Apps.
I can not see the remote screen anymore.

What can I do? I need the full version to control my Tv Box.
