Can't log in, no authenticator code and can't disable two factor authentication

I now have a remote access account and must have enabled two factor authentication when I rejoined separate from my work business account. 

I can't seem to log in as there is no security code being sent to my authenticator app and therefore I can't disable two factor authentication. I didn't realise you had to save the 12 digit code when initially enabling it. I don't even recall enabling TFA. 

I can't even log a support ticket as I have no security code and it just goes in circles... Looks like my account is stuffed. Help!
