Cannot find correct APK (Receive Support) file for smart TV

I have a smart TV, and a friend is trying to help me set up some things on it via TeamViewer. To do this, I need the Team Viewer APK "Receive Support" file. I can find the APK to Provide Support, but not the file to Receive Support. Can any help me find the correct Receive Support APK file.

As we do not support all smart TV manufacturers, we need to know the exact model of your device.
