Change of Email address, requires validation.

Hi, 

I have recently changed the email address of a user at login.teamviewer.com. After changed, there is this msg

Your E-Mail address has recently been changed to: username@xxxx.com. Until this address is validated, the old address will be shown in the Email field

But I did not receive any email from TV to validate the account. Please advise?

    Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

    If you change your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address. You will need to click the link in that email to finalize the change. Please make sure TeamViewer is in the safe sender list and check the spam/junk folder.

    If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team for individual assistance if you want to change your licensed account.
