Computers and Contacts not displaying Computer Running Team viewer.

I manage about 100 computers in my office and remotely with Teamviewer 12. All computers (Laptops mostly) are running win 10 latest version. There are a couple of them that have TeamViewer Running, ( I can remote in with ID), but the computer name does not appear in the "Computers and Contacts" list and shows offline in the management console. when I checked the Management console, it showed a different ID than the one on the computer. I have un-installed and re-installed from the same package used to install every other laptop. No idea why this is not working. Any elp out there?

I also see several duplicate computers in the management console. Some have one online and showing, the duplciates are showing offline.
