I can connect from unit ""A" to unit "B", but when I try from "B" to "A" the message says that Teamviewer is not running partner computer (I am running version 11). Can this be fixed? Do I need to reinstall? Thx.

If you get the error when connecting from computer B to computer A, please restart the TeamViewer services completely (Connection | Exit TeamViewer on Windows, TeamViewer | Quit TeamViewer on Mac).
Once restarted, please try again.
