Conneting, but can't control anything

I can connect to another particular pc (I can connect the other direction fine though). When I connect from a pc to pc it shows all three monitors, but I can't click on anything at all. It's almost like it's in view only mode.

What would cause that and how do I fix?

    I'm having the same problem, and it seems to be recent (probably within the last few weeks). I'm working on iOS.
