Hi, this should be simple but apparently not. the below link starts every time a user logs on. firefox.. if the default browser is changed to chrome same deal. not letting me post the active link but a pic of it is below. must be something simple but its beyond me at the moment. thank you

I am also having this issue and finding it impossible to resolve it.

I’m also experiencing this problem, and it’s very frustrating for RDS users. We need an option to disable this. An official response would be greatly appreciated.
