I've been a long time fan of TeamViewer for doing tech support with long distance family members with the free version of TeamViewer. I got a new job for a small but growing company and I convinced the boss to buy the Business version of TeamViewer so I can remote into our sattelite offices. I'm looking for a guide, or getting started video clips to help me install software correctly the first time. I want to use the host app on user computers I will be remoting in. Is there an easy way to pre-configure the host software to be part of my license (if that makes any sense)? Any help with what I need to do on the client computer, and management software would be a great help.
