Horrible Tech support!

I have a mac with a license.. It keeps losing its license for no reason. I have to go and reactivate with the new number that Teamviewer changes it to. It happens about once a month. Well, I got on chat just now with Scott Rogers With NON-support. He was a **bleep** and would not help at all. This problem keeps happening and nobody will actually fix it. **Third Party Product** was so much better. I wish I never moved.
