Is it possible to start a support session with a remote user by sending them a link?
I often have to help very un-techinal people that have a hard time finding the TeamViewer app on thier computer... They can't rememeber how to open it, or find it...
If I could send them a link to click in an email or over our chat system, can when they click the link TeamViewer would open, it would make this so much easier!
Does this exist? If not Why?
