How to configure easy access on a mac

I am still unable to configure easy access on the church mac. There is no link to add additional users to easy access.  The screens and options are different.  TeamViewer often blocks my access if I close it out using the X making me wait until the following Sunday to see the new pw as no one is there all week.  I granted the church admin easy access, but how do I grant myself access as an outside user (Caladan607)?  Do I have to set up the same user on my home PC?   I've been struggling with this for over a year!  So far, TeamViewer has been a massive disappointment.  Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
