I cannot see any License in my portal

I cannot understand why it is not possible to reach someone by phone to solve it as fast as possible...

I do not have any license in my portal. I cannot follow the steps provided to activate the license as you had trouble with emails.

We subscribed to Teamviewer Premium last Monday.

I won't provide my information in a forum, so I need to speak with the support.

How can I achieve this?

I finally could get the support on phone which solved my trouble sending me a new activation email.
