Internet Speed Requirement?

I want to control PC1 from PC2.

Both PC's are i7 with 24GB of Ram, Win10 on 500GB SSD, I am not transfering any files only need to control PC1 and no other connection are on network.

PC1 has internet speed of 10mb download & 1mb upload speed and PC2 has 50mb download & 3mb upload speed.

At the movement remote desktop is sluggish, please may I know what is the internet download and upload speed is require to access remote desktop?
