Hi folks, I need help on how to fix the issue that the remote cursor doesn't reach the very bottom/lower area of the screen, so I don`t get to click or move the remote mouse/cursor on the very bottom area of the remote computer. I´m using a Galaxy N8000 and the remote is a Windows 7. The remote cursor doesn't cover all areas of the screen, it misses to work on the very bottom area like it was 1/6 part as a line of the screen. Things I have tried and didn't work...
1) Connect to the remote and changed the resolution on TeamViewer, any resolution used the issue remains;
2) Connect to the remote and changed the resolution on Windows7 and/or TeamViewer and any resolution used didn't solve, the issue remains.
Any idea how to fix it? Thanks.
