Mac Version of team viewer hangs on Login Screen

I have macs with High Sierra on them and Team Viewer version 14.3 to trouble shoot them.

When i try to log into the computers they are frozen at the login screen, without the ability to do anything other than move the mouse around.

I have seen similar posts to this post and not real solutions other then the 2 mentioned below that didnt work..

Causes i have read about:   1.  Team viewer was left on and timed out.

Solutions:

1.  Type your passowrd even though you dont see anything happening (this worked once for me, and never again

2.  Send "Lock computer" command.  (never worked for me)

Does anyone have any other solutions for this?
