Muted Microphone option greyed out

Hi,

I have a ASUS G752 connect to a ASUS Monitor thru HDMI and when I test my audio settings in Audio Conferencing windows, everything works fine. When I have a host computer connecting to my computer, the host user cannot listen anything I said and I cannot unmute the microphone.

Could you help me with this issue? The Teamviewer version I'm using is 12.0.78716.
