My Connection drops when I move the mouse.

I have one device out of 13 that no matter how I connect, desktop, laptop, tablet, phone. everytime I move the mouse the remote computer locks the windows session. it does not disconnect the Teamviewer session or put the remote session into standby. it only brings the remote computer to the Lock screen. If I unlock the screen and do NOT use the mouse the connection holds just fine. Untill i forget and use the mouse again.

This is a Windows 10 machine running a 64 bit OS and Teamviewer 13 on all devices in question.
