OpenGL, Deep Learning and TeamViewer

Hi, I am new in TeamViewer and never used it before. I work on Deep Learning Algorithms and OpenGL visualization. I know from some Remote-Access and virtual server that there are some problems with OpenGL visualization. There is an error message something about the XServer and the local machine is confused and cannot run the algorithms or make the visualization. It should be with High performance on rendering. It should work in Linux.

I want to ask if I could run the heavy computation stuff on the server, run it and via Team Server make an OpenGL visualization on the local machine. Are there some problems or some issues?
