Password of my remote computer I have no access to has changed, is there any solution?

I setup my remote computer ready for remote access when I left for my family home a few days ago, including changing the registry in order to try and stop windows 10 automatically updating and restarting the computer.  I

However, it seems this has not worked as after a couple of days my original password has stopped working.  The remote computer does appear to be on as it's just the password that is failing. 

Is there any way around this?  Can I prove my identity to Teamviewer support somehow.  The remote computer is registered to my online account but it still needs a password when I click connect through that route.

Next time I believe there is an option where I can turn off the requirement for a password but that won't help me now
