Problem with kicking admins [TV Host + Windows Server]

If we connect to the server on which the TV Host is running and login to the Windows server, the next user connects to the same machine via TV Host and does not know that when logging in, he kicks out the first user.

Is it possible to check when connecting to TV Host if someone else does not use this connection?
