Rapid logins blocked

We use TeamViewer to log people out of machines when they are not present at their desks and generally speaking this works well enough except when we need to log multiple people off in succession where there seems to be some sort of a time limit between establishing sessions and we are forced to wait before we can establish a 2nd connectiion.

Is this a setting that can be changed?
