we are planning to start recording external support issues. But I didn´t find a solution that fits our needs. In short we want to:
- Record connections selectively (Record customer A but not customer B) - Store connection records including notes in a cloud/database so everyone in our support department has access to the files. So support staff A can completely see what support staff B has done (connection video and notes)
Right now I only know that connection records can be stored locally on the machine of the support staff. Therfore other support staffs cannot acces the files if he is in home office. Notes of a connection are stored in the connection itself which I can acces via TV API/Website. But basically I want to access the connection records including the notes of the connection at the same time in a central data store.
