Remote connection 15/05/2020

Hi, I can't seem to connect to my remote pc even thoug everything seems set up on both machines. Is there a problem today with this app. I have had no difficulty since the beginning of the week and have been doing so regularly.

We're not aware of any issues on our side.

Can you please check if restarting the TeamViewer service helps?
