Remote control on Tablet model M-MP1S4A3G

Good morning. I have a Tablet model M-MP1S4A3G device in which I installed Quick Support version 13.1.8752 and I have ID [ID removed by moderator].

When I try to connect to this device, I am not authorized with the migration that the device on supports screen sharing. I think I need to install something that allows my Tablet to share the screen. I already do it with other tablets and PC and I have no problems. can someone help me?

Quando provo a connettermi a questo dispositivo, non sono autorizzato con la migrazione che il dispositivo su supporta la condivisione dello schermo. Penso di aver bisogno di installare qualcosa che permetta al mio Tablet di condividere lo schermo. Lo faccio già con altri tablet e PC e non ho problemi. Siete in grado di aiutarmi ?
