Replaced my broken computer and can't seem to transfer my license
I purchased two Teamviewer Licenses in 2016 - TeamViewer 11 for Business
09-32104-XXXXXX (took numbers out for privacy)-567214
I've only ever activated the latter one (ending in 828779) - which was on my laptop. That laptop 'died' and was scrapped entirely- and Teamviewer (the trial version) was loaded onto the replacement computer (a desktop). I cannot seem to figure out how to activate my old license on my new machine. Help!
My bookkeeper keeps getting locked out after a session since the software things she is taking advantage of the free version and now needs to pay up.
