TeamViewer Host, Assign Device is not working on Android tablet

Hello, I installed TeamViewer Host on an Android tablet ( (Prestigio Grace 5778 4g tablet) but device assignment does not work - it keeps attempting to connect without result. Checked the log files and I see Timeout error codes. The tablet obvously has internet connection, tried on Wifi and 4G if it could be network security restrictions without any result. Has anyone had such issues or ideas how to resolve? I saw in Google Play a number of Add-ons for Prestigio, tried installing d and g versions - no result
